CR//KLS (pronounced "circles") is a circular music sequencer puzzle game. Each level you are provided with a goal pattern to then match on the sequencer. Once you are confident you've got it right, submit your input. If you got any notes wrong, you will lose points for the current level and incorrect notes will be marked. If your score reaches 0, your current run will end.

Made for the GMTK 2025 Game Jam. This year's theme was L∞p.

Controls

InputControls
MouseInteract w/ buttons and volume slider.
EscReturn to Main Menu. This will abandon your current game.
Left/RightChange selected node on current track.
Up/DownChange note of currently selected node.
AReplay goal pattern.
SStop playhead.
DPause/play playhead.
ZToggle currently selected node on/off.
XToggle click track. (Default: On)
CCheck goal pattern. Lose points for mistakes.
QSwap scale between D Major/A Harmonic Minor. Each level has a default scale.
EnterContinue onto the next level or final score screen upon winning or losing a level.
HToggle Controls Menu visibility.

I like that there are levels with odd time signatures, I could see it expanded with more scales etc
